岗位描述

岗位职责:

Responsibilities
Develop and prospecting of new customer as well maintaining existing customers.
To actively develop new RFQs
Identify and analyses new businesses; proactively promote sales by generating sales leads for new applications.
Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast on a customer to customer model, including competitors’ threat.
Submit regular reports to management.
Regular and timely updating of salesforce.com and awareness list.
Maintain high level contact with customers and ensure co-ordination with the production, quality and technical departments. Provide direction and support of complex customer issues.
Secure full customer satisfaction by having sales involvements during the total life cycle of the customers’ projects.
Accountable for hitting the given annual sales target set by your superior.
Provide and implement sales strategies as according to the company’s directives.
Organizing and coordinating of exhibitions.
Embraces on the company’s 6 values and having a harmonizing working relationship with the colleagues
任职资格:
Experience and Technical Skills
Successful and proven track record in a sales management capacity gained preferably in a multinational automation and applied Technologies Company (eg. with special purpose equipment like assembly in Medical, Pharma industries).
Successful experience in sales and proven track record in the development of long term key accounts.
With at least five years of experience as a successful Key Account Manager and a proven record in the automation industry.
